Copyright Notice

Applied Remenergy Technology (ART) is committed to the broad dissemination of original scientific knowledge through an open access publishing model. To ensure clarity of rights and responsibilities between authors and the publisher, a formal publishing agreement is established upon acceptance. As an Open Access journal, authors retain full copyright ownership of their work while granting the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in all media and formats for scholarly communication and long-term preservation purposes.

1. Author Rights

Authors maintain extensive rights over their published work. Authors are permitted to share, reuse, and distribute their articles without restriction, including copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format for both non-commercial and commercial purposes. Authors may adapt, remix, transform, or build upon their work and may incorporate the article into teaching materials, conference presentations, institutional training, or internal distributions. The article may also be included in theses or dissertations, and portions or extracts may be reused in other scholarly publications with appropriate acknowledgment of the original source.

Authors are further allowed to deposit and disseminate all versions of the manuscript, including preprints, accepted manuscripts, and the final published PDF, in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal and professional websites without requesting prior permission from the publisher.

2. Open Access License

All articles published in ART are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license ensures maximum accessibility and reuse of published research while maintaining proper attribution to the original authors.

3. Rights Granted to Readers and Third Parties

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, readers and third parties are free to copy, share, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published material for any purpose, including commercial use. These permissions are granted provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors, a copyright and license notice is included, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications to the original work are clearly indicated.

These rights are irrevocable as long as the terms of the license are respected.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

The publisher reserves the right to manage the integrity of the scholarly record. When necessary, the publisher may issue corrections, errata, corrigenda, expressions of concern, or retractions to maintain accuracy, transparency, and academic standards.
