All manuscripts submitted to Applied Remenergy Technology (ART) undergo a rigorous peer review to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope. Following an initial editorial screening for suitability and compliance with submission requirements, eligible manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, methodological soundness, and the significance of the contribution.
Manuscripts developed from conference or seminar papers are acceptable only when they represent a substantially revised and expanded version of the earlier work. The submission must contain significantly new content, analysis, or findings and should demonstrate clear originality, typically exceeding 80% new material. Authors may be asked to provide the original conference paper for comparison. All such submissions are assessed under the same review standards as regular manuscripts. Where prior publication or copyright transfer exists, authors must obtain the necessary permissions before acceptance.
The peer review process generally includes the following stages: initial editorial assessment, assignment to independent reviewers, evaluation and recommendations, author revision (if required), final editorial decision, and preparation for publication.
